World market sizing

For a European client developing a software dedicated to the nuclear industry, Damona’s consultants have executed a market sizing on the world scale in terms of potential licences that could be sold – Total Achievable Market. The objective of this project was to support the client’s Series A fundraising by bringing actionable data to investors.

Part of this study, Damona did the following activities:

• Short-list of the most relevant countries for the client;
• Deep dive in different sub-sectors: Engineering, Manufacturing, On-site activities;
• Precise market sizing for each country and sub-sector;
• Country overview with current situation and forecast.

The client successfully close their round of investment and is now one of the European’s major software provider in the nuclear sector.
